Concept website · not a client project

Know what your website needs.

Who is the website for? What should visitors understand and be able to do? We set out the answers in a plan for your message, pages and design direction.

A clear starting point
Why the project matters, who it’s for, what needs to change and the main action visitors should take.
A focused message
What you need to say and the evidence needed to support it.
A logical page structure
The content you need and how visitors will find their way around.
A defined design brief
The creative direction and scope that will guide design and development.
Who it’s for

Businesses with a website project in mind, but no clear idea of its scope or direction yet.

What we’ll need from you

We start with your knowledge of the business and the content you already have. We’ll discuss your customers, ambitions and what isn’t working yet.

What falls outside the scope

This service gives you a direction and a plan. Full page designs, a new brand identity and website development are outside its scope.

One page · one main action

One offer. One clear next step.

Make a convincing case for one service, product or initiative. Everything your visitor needs, on one carefully considered page.

buiten.Thoughtful garden design

One service, product or campaign with one clear next step.

What we’ll need from you

A well-defined offer and the knowledge to explain it. Together, we’ll review the material you have and identify any missing content.

What falls outside the scope

The scope is one complete page. It doesn’t include multiple subpages or complex content management. We agree any additional content or functionality in advance.

Several pages · one coherent website

A website for your whole business.

Your business has more to say. Bring your services, expertise and story together in one coherent website.

Concept website · not a client project

A place for every service. A clear route for visitors.

Visitors with a specific need should be able to find the relevant service and examples of your work. We connect your pages with clear navigation and ways to get in touch that fit the content.

A coherent story
We first establish the audience, message and purpose of each page.
A design of your own
A consistent visual approach that expresses the character of your business.
A carefully built website
Responsive pages, a suitable content structure and working contact journeys.
Checks before handover
We check how visitors move through the site and agree how it will be managed, what you’ll own and what happens after handover.
Who it’s for

Businesses with several services or audiences, or content they publish regularly.

What we’ll need from you

You bring knowledge of your business, existing materials and someone who can make decisions. Together, we establish what content and supporting evidence are still needed.

What falls outside the scope

The number of pages, content management and integrations depend on the agreed scope. Large web applications, ongoing campaigns and guaranteed results are not included as standard.

Clear from the outset

The right scope.
No surprises.

Your quote sets out what we’ll create, what we need from you and how decisions will be made and signed off. Before work starts, you’ll know what’s included and on what terms.

How do you put a quote together?

The goal, content, number of pages and technical complexity determine the scope. Where additional licences, content production, hosting or maintenance are needed, we identify them in advance.

Could a smaller website be enough?

If one page can tell your story and lead visitors to the next step, we’ll recommend a single-page website. A larger site only makes sense if you need one.

What if the project needs more?

Some brands call for a more involved digital experience or bespoke interactions. We’ll discuss that together and include the additional work in a tailored quote.

What happens after handover?

We agree how the website will be managed and handed over, what you’ll own and any maintenance arrangements before work starts. Maintenance requires a separate agreement; unlimited ongoing support is not automatically included.
